Content:
In this workshop, the participants will understand the different roles of a leader in scientific projects. They will get tools to manage their projects, with a spotlight on the guiding role pivotal to leadership. Through exploration of communication models and hands-on training, participants will enhance their ability to navigate challenging situations in a scientific team.
Moreover, the workshop offers a reflective space where participants can assess and refine their leadership and communication styles. The session includes personalized coaching, empowering participants to adapt and optimize their approaches as needed.
